Findom task ideas: 60 safe tasks to give your Sub

Tasks keep a findom dynamic alive between tributes. They give your Sub something to do for you, they show you who is serious, and they’re fun to set. Here are sixty findom task ideas, all online, non-explicit and easy to keep within his means.

Why findom task ideas matter

Many new findommes think the dynamic is only about money. In practice, the regulars who stay for months are the ones who feel involved. Findom tasks are how you involve them: small acts of devotion that make your Sub think about you during his day, even when nothing is being sent.

Good findom task ideas share four traits:

  • Online only. Nothing that requires meeting, travelling or being in the same place.
  • Non-explicit. No nudity, nothing sexual, nothing you’d be uncomfortable seeing in a screenshot.
  • Within his means. Tasks never push him into spending he can’t comfortably afford. If a task involves money at all, he decides what fits his budget.
  • Easy to stop. Either of you can pause or end a task at any time, no questions asked.

Everything below fits those rules. Pick the ones that suit your persona and ignore the rest.

Devotion tasks

These remind him who he is thinking about. They cost nothing and they build the habit of checking in with you.

  • Send a good-morning message every day this week, before 9 am his time.
  • Write three sentences about why he chose you over every other Domme.
  • Learn your favourite flower, colour and drink, and tell you without being reminded.
  • Write a short thank-you note after every conversation.
  • Describe your persona in five words. You decide if he got it right.
  • Make a playlist of ten songs that remind him of you.
  • Keep a short daily journal about his week and send it on Sunday.
  • Address you by your title in every message for seven days.
  • Set your chosen photo as his lock screen for a week (only if it’s safe for him to do so).
  • Write a short poem. Quality optional, effort required.
  • Tell you one thing he did well today and one thing he could do better.
  • Wait to be addressed: no new message until you reply to the last one.

Self-improvement tasks

Many Subs enjoy being told to become a better version of themselves. These tasks give the dynamic a positive, practical edge, and they’re a good sign of a healthy arrangement.

  • Drink two litres of water today and report at bedtime.
  • Take a thirty-minute walk and send a photo of the view (no faces, no street names).
  • Go to bed before midnight every night this week.
  • Read twenty pages of a book you choose and summarise it in three lines.
  • Tidy his desk and send a before-and-after photo.
  • Cook one proper meal from scratch and describe it.
  • Learn ten words in a language you pick.
  • No social media scrolling after 10 pm for three days.
  • Write down his monthly budget and check that his findom spending sits comfortably inside it.
  • Do ten minutes of stretching each morning and report how it went.
  • Call a friend or family member he hasn’t spoken to in a while.
  • Finish one small chore he has been putting off.

The budget task is worth giving early. A Sub who knows his numbers stays a happy regular; one who doesn’t tends to vanish. More on that in our findom boundaries guide.

Creative and fun tasks

These are for the Domme who likes to be entertained. They make good weekend tasks and good icebreakers with a new Sub.

  • Write a short story in which you are the main character.
  • Design a crest or logo for your persona.
  • Rate ten outfits you pick from a shop’s website and explain each score.
  • Write a fake five-star review of you, as if you were a luxury hotel.
  • Draw you, badly, from a description you give him.
  • Write a short welcome message for future Subs that you might use.
  • Plan your ideal day off in detail, hour by hour.
  • Find three songs you’ve never heard and send them with a sentence on each.
  • Pick your next profile photo from three options and explain why.
  • Translate your bio into another language using a dictionary.
  • Write a list of twenty compliments, none of them about looks.
  • Invent a new rule for himself and ask your approval to follow it.

Discipline and patience tasks

These are for stricter personas. Keep them light: the point is structure, not discomfort.

  • Wait until you give permission before sending his next message.
  • Ask before buying himself a treat this week, and accept your answer.
  • Write the same polite sentence ten times when he forgets his manners.
  • Use only full sentences, correct spelling and no emojis for a day.
  • Check in at three fixed times: morning, lunch and evening.
  • Report every time he thinks about you during a workday. A tally is fine.
  • Give up one small habit for a week, such as sugar in his coffee.
  • Wait one full day after asking for something before he’s allowed to ask again.
  • Write a short apology for any rule he broke, and explain how he’ll avoid it next time.
  • Keep his messages under fifty words for three days.
  • Stand by for a check-in at an hour you choose, then confirm within ten minutes.
  • Thank you for every reply, even the short ones.

Generosity tasks (within his means)

Some tasks are about giving. Keep them flexible so he always chooses an amount that fits his budget, and never attach a deadline or penalty.

  • Pick a gift from your wishlist that fits his budget this month and tell you why he chose it.
  • Treat you to your morning coffee once this week, in whatever way you’ve agreed.
  • Set aside a small weekly tribute he’s comfortable with and keep a note of it.
  • Surprise you with a small gift card for a shop you like.
  • Write a short message explaining what his giving means to him.
  • Plan a small treat for you on a date you choose, within his budget.

How tributes are sent is up to each Domme and Sub. On Findomination nothing is paid through the site; you list where you take tributes in your bio and in chats, and he chooses what he can comfortably give.

How to set tasks well

  • Be specific. “Be good today” isn’t a task. “Three check-ins before 8 pm” is.
  • Give a time frame. A day, a week, until Sunday. Open-ended tasks fade out.
  • Ask for proof he can safely share. A screenshot, a short text, a photo with no faces or locations.
  • Acknowledge completion. A short “good” after a finished task keeps him motivated far better than silence.
  • Check in on how it felt. If a task stressed him out in a bad way, adjust. That’s good Domme work, not weakness.

Want to turn tasks into something more playful? Try our findom games. And when a Sub asks for a task through a request on Findomination, it’s free on both sides; your time and creativity are what he’s there for. If you haven’t yet, you can join free as a Domme and start setting tasks this week.
