Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Findomination (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them and to the community rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Who can use Findomination

• You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live, and allowed by local law to use a service like this.
• You give your real date of birth when you sign up, and by signing up you confirm you are 18 or over. We can close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Nobody is shown in Browse or anywhere else on the site without a profile photo. Your face doesn’t have to be in it.

3. Your account

• One account per person. You may not hold both a Sub and a Domme account, run accounts for someone else, or share an account.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your display name doesn’t have to be your legal name.

4. Roles

Subs message Dommes and send them requests in private messages. Dommes have a public profile and accept, answer or decline requests. Findomination provides the platform. We are not a party to what two users agree, and we don’t guarantee any request or outcome.

5. A free service

• Findomination is 100% free. There are no memberships, plans, coins, fees or paywalls, and every feature works for every account, including boosts and profile extras.
• We don’t take or process payments, and we will never ask you for card details. Nothing on Findomination can charge you.
• We can limit how features are used to keep the service fair, for example one running boost at a time.
• If we ever decide to charge for anything, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

6. Requests

A request is a message asking for something specific, sent in a private conversation: a photo, video, voice note, text or task. Either side can decline or answer with a different request. Every request must follow these rules:

• Online only: no meetups, no in-person services.
• Nothing illegal, nothing involving other people without their consent.
• Either side can decline or counter any request. No pressure.
• Findomination is free. Share contact details or move to another platform whenever you like.

Requests must be online only. No meetups, no in-person services, and nothing sexual or explicit is exchanged on the platform.

7. Contact details and other platforms

• You may share contact details, links and other platforms in your profile and in chats, and move a conversation to another platform whenever you like.
• You do this at your own risk. Once a conversation leaves Findomination, we can’t see it, moderate it or help with it. Anything you agree, send or pay outside Findomination is only between you and the other person, and Findomination is not a party to it.
• Only share what you are comfortable sharing. Don’t share someone else’s personal information without their consent.
• Everything you do on Findomination still has to follow these terms: adults only, consent, online only and nothing illegal.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Minors. Findomination is for adults (18+) only. Any suggestion of a minor ends the account and is escalated.
• Adult content. No nudity, sexually explicit content or sexual services, in profiles, messages, requests or deliveries.
• Nonconsensual activity. Every interaction requires ongoing, freely given consent that can be withdrawn at any time.
• Financial coercion. No pressure or guilt-tripping beyond what both sides agreed to.
• Threats and blackmail. Threatening exposure or harm, in play or otherwise, is an immediate ban.
• Impersonation. You may not pose as another person or as Findomination staff.
• Fraud. Scams, fake proofs and impersonation for money are reported and removed.
• Harassment. Repeated unwanted contact, insults outside agreed play, or contact after a block.
• Doxxing. Sharing anyone’s personal information without consent is prohibited.
• Abuse of the service. Scrape, automate, resell access, get around limits or blocks, or interfere with the platform’s security.
• Trafficking and abuse. Use Findomination in any way that promotes, helps or hides human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation or physical abuse. We suspend the account at once and report it to the authorities.

9. Content rules

• No adult content. Findomination does not allow nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic photos, videos, voice notes or text, and no sexual services of any kind. This applies everywhere: profiles, photos, messages, requests and deliveries. Content that breaks this rule is removed, and the account can be suspended or closed.
• Only upload content you own or have the right to use, showing only adults who have agreed in writing to it being posted (see the Domme Agreement).
• Checked when you upload. Profile photos, gallery photos, banners, videos, chat videos and deliveries are checked automatically when you upload them, and our team acts on reports. If something isn’t allowed, it’s deleted and you’re asked to upload another one. After 3 refused uploads in 30 days, uploading is paused for 24 hours.
• No content showing or suggesting a minor, non-consent, violence, hate, illegal goods or someone else’s personal information. Words that suggest a minor or non-consent are blocked in profiles, messages and search.
• Nothing illegal.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on Findomination while it is posted.
• We can remove content that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

10. Suspension and termination

• You can close your account at any time from Settings. It is hidden at once and deleted for good after 30 days; until then you can restore it.
• We can warn, limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is involved in fraud. Where it is safe to do so, we’ll tell you why.
• You can appeal any decision by emailing hello@findomination.com. A person will review it.

11. Liability

Findomination is provided free and “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that any user will act as they say. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between users outside Findomination. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll give notice of important changes before they take effect. If you keep using Findomination after that, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you other rights.

14. Domme agreement

If you join as a Domme, you also accept the Domme Agreement and agree that:

• You act on your own account, not as our employee or agent. Everything you post and every request you take is your own work, online only and non-explicit.
• You are free to decline or answer any request with something else.
• Your profile is shown to others once you have a profile photo and have accepted the current Domme Agreement.
