Domme Agreement

1. Who this is for

• This agreement applies to every Domme account.
• You must accept it to be listed and to accept requests. It is an agreement between you and Findomination (“we”).
• It adds to the Terms of Service and the community rules. Those still apply.

2. Age and identity

• You are at least 18.
• The date of birth you gave at sign-up is your real one.
• One account per person. You don’t open or run an account for someone else.

3. Consent and age of everyone shown

• Every person in any photo, video or voice note you upload or deliver is at least 18.
• Before you upload anything showing another person, you check their identity and age with a valid government ID, and you get their written consent: to be shown in it, to it being uploaded to and shared on Findomination, and to it being downloaded by the Sub who asked for it.
• You keep that consent and a copy of their ID on record for as long as the content is on Findomination and for 12 months after.
• You send us the consent and the ID documents when we ask. We may ask at any time, and remove the content and suspend the account until you provide them.

4. Your content

• You own what you upload, or you have the rights to use it.
• You give Findomination a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process and deliver it to the Sub who asked for it. Processing means things like blurred previews and short clips.
• We use this licence only to run the service. You keep your rights.

5. Not allowed

• Anything illegal.
• Anything that promotes or helps human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation or physical abuse.
• Anything involving a minor, or anyone who looks under 18.
• Content made or shared without the consent of everyone in it.
• Other people’s content.
• Meetups or any offline service.
• Pretending to be someone else.

You may share your contact details and other platforms, at your own risk (see Contact details and other platforms). The content rules and acceptable use rules in the Terms also apply.

6. Requests and delivery

• You decide which requests you accept. You can decline any of them, or answer with something else.
• When you deliver, the Sub sees a preview first and approves it, or it approves itself after 2 days if he doesn’t answer.
• If he rejects a delivery, you can deliver again. A second rejection closes the request.

7. Moderation and ending

• We can remove content, and limit an account while we review it.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks this agreement or the Terms.
• You can close your account at any time from Settings.
• You can appeal any decision by emailing hello@findomination.com. A person will review it.

8. Changes, law and contact

• We may update this agreement. We’ll tell you about important changes before they take effect.
• This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you other rights.
